for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 58q platform — including the website at 58q.vin, the 58q mobile app and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the 58q platform. Continued use of any 58q service following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 58q.

These terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform — whether via browser on mobile or desktop, via the Android APK app or any future 58q application.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The 58q platform is open exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 18 years or above at the time of registration.
• You are registering and using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent or on behalf of a third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of a 58q employee.

58q reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player cannot satisfactorily verify their age, their account will be suspended and any balance held pending investigation. If a player is found to be underage, all funds will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full 58q platform, including deposits, betting, casino games and withdrawals, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all 58q accounts:

• Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration.
• Providing false information is a breach of these terms and grounds for account closure.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits on 58q are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa – mobile wallet and over-the-counter deposits
• Raast – Pakistan's instant digital payment system
• Bank Transfer – direct transfers from Pakistani bank accounts
• Debit and credit cards where supported
• Other mobile wallets as listed on the deposit page

Deposits are typically credited to your 58q account instantly or within a few minutes. 58q does not charge fees for standard deposits made via local PKR payment methods, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger an account review.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 58q are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• 58q aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• 58q reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving large withdrawal amounts.

If your withdrawal request is declined or delayed, our support team will contact you with a reason and any additional steps required. We do not charge fees for standard PKR withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply charges on their end.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

58q offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all 58q bonuses:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period; expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 58q — whether on cricket, PSL, football, esports or any other market — and all casino game activity are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless the specific market rules allow a cash-out option.
• 58q reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and per market, as displayed in the betting interface.
• In the event of a technical error or system fault during a game or match, 58q reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• All casino games use certified random number generation to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Winnings will be credited to your account balance following settlement of the relevant event or game round.

For cricket markets specifically — including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic matches — settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of match abandonment or no result, affected bets will be settled according to the individual market rules shown at the time of placement.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 58q platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform to process funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 58q staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.

58q employs monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, account behaviour and potential fraud. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, accounts may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

9 Responsible Gaming

58q is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players. Gaming should be treated as a form of entertainment and played within a personal budget you are comfortable with. The following principles underpin our responsible gaming approach:

• Set a personal deposit or spending limit before you start playing and stick to it.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is found, the balance will be reinstated and the account restored.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact 58q support directly. Withdrawal of any remaining balance prior to closure is subject to standard verification requirements.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, 58q's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• 58q is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these terms.
• 58q is not responsible for losses caused by network interruptions, device failures or connectivity issues on the player's side.
• In the event of a platform technical error that results in an incorrect payout, 58q reserves the right to correct the error and recover any overpayment.
• 58q does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may carry out maintenance at any time.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits 58q's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.
